Method 1: Wrist Circumference
For Men:
- Small Frame: Wrist < 5.5" (under 5'10") or < 6.5" (over 5'10")
- Medium Frame: Wrist = 5.5" to 6.5" (under 5'10") or 6.5" to 7.5" (over 5'10")
- Large Frame: Wrist > 6.5" (under 5'10") or > 7.5" (over 5'10")
For Women:
